Holiday Inn Express & Suites Please call the hotel front desk before September 1, 2019 at 1-916-923-1100 and tell them you are reserving under the AmiWest 2019 conference rate of $105.00 per night plus tax (king executive) or $121.00 per night plus tax for a "suite" (room for three or four). The best time to call is Wednesday through Sunday, 9 AM through 4 PM Pacific time, and talk to Joseph, the front desk manager. Then, please email us immediately at info@amiwest.net with "Hotel reservation" in the subject line and your actual name (instead of a "handle") in the email, so we can build a list of those reserving by phone. If calling is not practical, please make an online reservation before September 1, 2019 using group code "AMI" (no quotes) through this link and enter the following in the Special Requests box: "Reservation under the AmiWest 2019 room rate of $105.00 / $121.00 nightly for the period specified." Edit the rate to suit your reservation. Then, please email us immediately at info@amiwest.net with "Hotel reservation" in the subject line and your actual name (instead of a "handle") in the email, so we can build a list of those reserving online. |
